Wildlife & Rodent Solutions — North Shore Wildlife

We solve wildlife and rodent problems using humane methods, zero poison, full exclusion, and clear warranties—

all performed by trained, state-licensed pros.

Squirrels — Humane Eviction & Exclusion (1-Year Warranty)

We remove squirrels using one-way doors that let animals out but not back in, then seal every gap with chew-resistant materials.

What’s included

Detailed attic/roofline inspection

One-way doors installed at active exits

Full exclusion to all potential entry points

Optional cleanup/odor control

Written 1-year exclusion warranty

Mice — Ongoing, No-Poison Programs

We run two maintenance options that combine snap-trap reduction with heavy exclusion (find it, seal it, stop it). No baits. No poison.

How visits work (both plans)

Weeks 1–4: 1 visit per week for fast knockdown

Months 2–6/12: 1 visit per month for monitoring & sealing

Plans

6-Month Program: Structured for medium activity + prevention

12-Month Program: Best for persistent pressure or complex buildings

Always included: entry-point sealing, trap service, timely visits, prevention tips.

Rats — Rat Action Tunnel System (R.A.T. System) + Exclusion

For rats, we deploy our Rat Action Tunnel (R.A.T.) system: protected snap-trap stations placed on rat travel routes for quick, targeted results—never poison.

What we do:

Exterior/interior pressure mapping & burrow identification

R.A.T. system deployment and service on a defined schedule

Exclusion: foundation gaps, utility penetrations, door sweeps, bulkhead seals

Burrow collapse and habitat recommendations

Follow-up monitoring with adjustments until activity is resolved.

Trapping — Safe, Humane & Compliant

When trapping is the right tool, we do it safely and humanely with professional equipment and protocols.
